Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity acting in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Samuel Weidner.

By placing the products in the online store, we provide a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction tools provided during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Contract Language and Storage of the Contract Text

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We store the contract text and send you the order details along with our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online after the order process is completed.

The applicability of the respective product description as an essential part of the contract is emphasized.

We are fully liable for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in the following cases:

  • Injury to life, body, or health
  • Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
  • Guarantee commitments, if agreed
  • As far as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened

In the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations due to slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely.

Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which can be found here.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
